The Corporation's mission is to develop and maintain quality, affordable and accessible housing in integrated community settings for people living with disabilities and others in need. Preferred Properties, Inc. promotes independent living, consumer choice and full community participation. We continually seek to create new and innovative housing alternatives for people with disabilities, while promoting their full participation in the housing decisions that affect them. This mission seeks to make Toledo and Lucas County, Ohio "a more accessible" housing community.
