The Collaborative Inc, Toledo

Besides design work, our employees are instrumental in TCI’s day-to-day operations. They preside over management committees that focus on design, process improvement, technology, sustainability, continuing education, esprit de corps, and marketing. Open to the participation of all employees, our committees discuss items relating to their area of concentration, developing goals, setting budgets, and implementing solutions to issues that are barriers to TCI’s evolution.
